EDACS Networked is similar to other trunking systems that allow networked sites. The "system" as a whole is interconnected allowing a wider geographic coverage area without subscribers (users) having to adjust thier indivdual radios. The movement from one site's area coverage to another is seamless to the user.

EDACS networks can either be implemented in either EDACS Standard (Wide) or EDACS Narrowband.
