Forty Mile County is in southeastern Alberta. It is bordered by Cypress County to the north and east; the Municipal District of Taber and Warner County to the west; and Toole County (MT)Toole County, Montana, USA, Liberty County, Montana, USA and Hill County, Montana, USA to the south.
