General Mobile Radio Service, or GMRS, is a licensed personal radio service in the US covered by Part 95 of the FCC's regulations.

GMRS frequencies are set up as repeater pairs, but typically used as simplex as well. In that case stations would both transmit and receive on the receive frequency listed.

The FRS frequencies listed are authorized for use by GMRS users at a maximum of 5 watts ERP. GMRS users may communicate with FRS users or among each other on these frequencies. These are half-step frequencies, interspersed with the GMRS channels.
