• Hamblen County Sheriff Deputies are assigned unit numbers like 1xx, i.e., 127 or 131.
• Morristown Police officers are either Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, or Echo Units. ie ... Alpha 6, Charlie 3, Bravo 4, Delta 1, Echo 5. Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie idicate the shift. The PDs shift alternates so Alpha may not always be 1st shift.
• Delta Units are Detectives, Echo units are students/officers in training.
