Fire Department check-ins

London Fire Department changes

  • A few changes around the city as far as apparatus goes, now that Station 14 is open for business.
  • Rescue 2 has moved to Central, and is now Rescue 1.
  • Truck 1 has moved from Central to 2 Company and is now Truck 2
  • Rescue 6 was dissolved as a rescue unit and has become Engine 6. The existing Engine 6 crew moved to 14 company to man Engine 14.
  • Truck 7 moves across the city to become Truck 6
  • Marine 12 has moved to 3 Company and is now Marine 3
  • Engine 6's quint was refurbished and now at 13 Company as Engine 13
  • the Technical Support Unit is now housed at 5 Company as Air/Light 5
  • Tanker 11 has received a new larger rig
  • Tanker 11's rig is now at 5 Company as Tanker 5
  • Tanker 5's unit is now a reserve unit (Tanker 25)
  • Tanker 25 is to be disposed of
  • Engine 8's E-One quint still at Apparatus Division, fate unknown
