-*6/21/12 - Troop E is programming MOSWIN radios in cars this week. I've logged 20+ new radio ID's on MOSWIN the past few days. It appears Radio ID's of 45xx are the cars and 49xx are bases. Likewise Radio IDs of 49xxx are troop D bases. A select few Troop E cars are using the system on talkgroup 55. (Seems this will be the Troop E dispatch talkgroup). TG# 56 is referred to as "car 1", I guess will be a car to car talkgroup. Also, I've logged TG#55,56,58,59,60 as being used the last few days. Just so those around the state know, the majority (98%) of traffic is still on lowband. We'll see how long that lasts...
