Motorola Customer Programming Software, the replacement for RSS, is the only way--with the exception of FPP on some radios--to program Motorola two-way radios. Each different type of radio needs it's own version of CPS. The only legal way to obtain it is through Motorola directly, and Radio Reference policy is that other methods shall not be discussed on the forums, nor documented on the wiki. The CPS runs in a Microsoft Windows environment only.
