Public Safety

Some HPD units are reported using the encrypted tactical channels on the new 700 MHz public safety system (TxWARN RFSS 3). HPD Central and South Central Patrol Divisions are covering routine calls in downtown on 2/17 for Special Operations Division. HPD Major Offenders unit is working ticket scalping downtown.
