NYSDOT Region 3 - Syracuse:
The NYSDOT Region 3 HELP program was launched in December 2017 with 2 vehicles patrolling 70 directional miles. Syracuse HELP trucks are dispatched from the Syracuse Transportation Management Center (TMC), a facility operated by NYSDOT at the State Office Building.

Each HELP vehicle patrols a specific segment of the roadway called a "sector", the combination of one or more sectors creating a "beat". There are two beats in Region 3 that patrol sections of I-690, NY 695, I-481, and I-81.
