CONRAIL

Conrail north of the Thruway (roughly) became 
CSX on 3/1/99.  South of the Thruway became  
Norfolk Southern on the same date.

Buffalo Division includes West Shore Branch, 
Buffalo Wye, Charlotte Runner (off Buffalo Wye), 
Genesee Junction (intersection of West Shore with R&S), 
Rochester (Goodman) Yard.

Delaware & Hudson (CP NEUS)

Delaware & Hudson Railway Corp. exists as a subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Railway, which purchased the road from bankruptcy in 1991.  D&H maintains no locomotives or rolling stock. 

The D&H consists of two rail line segments. The Colonie Mainline and the Canadian Mainline.

Metro North Commuter Railroad Channel Line Up

As of 10/2016, the Metro North adjusted their channel line up, and are officially displayed as follows:

Channel 7 is used for Park Ave Tunnel emergencies.

Channel 8 is used on all lines except the New Haven Line, which uses Channel 9. The Power Director, Communications & Signal and other departments may be heard on these channels. The Radio Shop can be heard, but also operates on their own encrypted NXDN radio system.
