Program the site(s) of interest in the order shown.
Set Site Threshold Low to 50%.
Set Site Threshold High to 95%.
Set Site Dwell to 20 (2 seconds).
Set Talkgroup Delay to 20 (2 seconds).
Program the RAN code as HEX - NOT DECIMAL!!! If in doubt, leave it to "ANY".
Do NOT check NXDN-D setting.
Set Band Plan to USA.
