Reading police talkgroup 16112, Tac 2, is not encrypted but is in the digial mode.
(Can this be confirmed please?)
Note: Confirmed through monitoring summer 2009 that there is clear traffic on Tac 2. Unsure if this is clear all the time or if there is an error in the programming of some of the radios (i.e. encryption selectable instead of strapped) that allows for accidental clear traffic. - B Russell
