Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region EMS

Regina Area EMS is dispatched by Regional Communications, who also dispatch Rural Fire and EMS for southern Saskatchewan.

Regina EMS assign themselves a unit designator at the beginning of every shift. They then log themselves and the Ambulance unit number into an Alpha designator. An example would be: "Echo 101, Echo 54 Alpha 2 10-80 in 1784." The two Echo numbers are for the two paramedics in the Ambulance, Alpha 2 is their callsign and 1784 is the unit number for the Ambulance.
