SaskEnvironment has APCO P25 radios for use on the PPSTN system and it's VHF channels ,tx Frequency Range 163.4000-to-163.5600MHz and rx Frequency Range 162.7200-to-162.7800.
All SaskEnvironment radios are now encrypted. their PPSTN talkgroups are 6000 / 6001 / 6002 / 6003 / 6004 / 6005

It now looks like S.E. is moving to 4 channel P25 trunking systems at 28 of it's repeater sites across the Province in 2010.
