*MSRC has a full time presence at Stennis International Airport (HSA), located in Harrison County, MS, with a single C-130 and other resources permanantly stationed there. In response to this event they have brought in a 2nd C-130 and are currently flying 9 missions per day dispensing down oil disperant chemicals.
