Police

Fire

Stations in Victoria County are either self-dispatched, or by the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.

Most stations (however not all) have their own VHF repeater, and can also operate with each other and their dispatching provider through the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System fire repeater located at Cape Smokey (and possibly other repeaters), the Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Trunked Radio (P25) "east" talkgroups, and the provincial mutual aid VHF simplex frequency 153.83

Ambulance

Ambulance services are provided by Emergency Health Services (EHS). Communications are on the EHS "CB 2" talkgroup on the Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Trunked Radio (P25).
