Washington County Sheriff

Washington County Sheriff Deputies patrol units (SAM) are separated into three districts:

  • North (Dewey, Copan, Copan Lake)
  • Central (Bartlesville area)
  • South (Ochelata, Oglesby, Ramona, Vera)


Sam 01 is the sheriff

Sam 02 is the undersheriff


There are three sites to the WCSO repeater system. (WQCS491) They have a voting system with determines which site has the best signal from the deputy with a UHF link back to the main repeater at Central:

  1. North - COUNTY RD 39600 AT COUNTY RD 7500, COPAN, OK
  2. Central - Phillips 66 Adams Building
  3. South - 1.7 MI S RAMONA, Ok

Washington County Emergency Management & Fire

Washington County Emergency Management & Fire is a volunteer mutual aid department and will respond for mutual aid in and around the county.
