Because the WISCOM system is the de facto replacement for the [http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Wisconsin_State_Patrol_%28WI%29 WI State Patrol] conventional VHF radio system, the State Patrol will be the first and largest state agency using the system for day-to-day operations.
