Wood Buffalo County (AB)

The Municipal District of Wood Buffalo is the most north-eastern region of Alberta. It is bordered by Wood Buffalo National Park and the South Slave Region of the Northwest Territories to the north; the Municipal District of Opportunity to the west; Lac La Biche County and Lakeland County to the south; and Census Division 18 of the province of Saskatchewan to the east.
