  • 6-1 to 6-49 - Sheriff Deputies
  • 6-70 to 6-90 - Sheriff Reserve Deputies (Not all numbers used)
  • 400s Thorntown Police
  • 500s Whitestown Police(Originally were 6-40 to 6-49, these are now Boone County Sheriff unit numbers)
  • 700s Jamestown Police
  • 800s Advance Police
  • 900s Zionsville Police
  • Also, as with most counties in Indiana, 600-series units are for the county's emergency management agency.
