- Box Alarm - Goofy term used when requesting Mutual Aid via Dispatch center
- Dispatch - Dispatch
- Dispatch* - *Need to put an animal out of it's misery (Deer)

- First Responders - (may also be rescue) Units that provide trained medical assistance on scene, often to ambulance personnel

- OP - Order of Protection (Judge issued paperwork, telling someone to stay away from someone else) Must be "served" by a Sheriff unit in-person.
