Dunlap (WPTL200) and Mishawaka (WPER459) sites still show active licenses, but there has been no activity for a long time, including any control channel data. Appears at least these two sites are deprecated/no longer in use.

If searching for previous Elkhart County business and government users, suggest checking the ERS Wireless Indiana DT3, ERS-OCI Wireless TRBOconnect CON+, or Indiana Project Hoosier SAFE-T systems.
