• Effective January 1, 2015, Titus County EMS is the new EMS provider for Franklin County using their main dispatch channel of 462.9750 (173.8 PL).
• Primary Unit: Medic 2 (other units may post)
  • When units are available when the primary unit is on a call, a secondary unit from Mt. Pleasant will post in Mt. Vernon, however during busy times the secondary unit may post at Winfield to be response ready for both Titus & Franklin Counties.)

• ETMC EMS has ceased all EMS operations for Franklin County

• All departments are toned out on county wide fire channel.
