All tones are standard Motorola Quik-Call I / Quik-Call II tones, except for station 601, which uses an old customized format from Federal Signal. All tones are transmitted by Somerset County 911 in the Quik-Call II (1+1) format, except for Salisbury, Addison, and Wellersburg, which utilize the Quik-Call I (2+2) format for siren activation. Of these stations, Somerset County 911 still transmits their pager tones in the 1+1 format. Frequencies are specified in hertz, and are listed as "A" tone / "B" tone.
Note: Fire dispatches are no longer sent on the 33.70MHz frequency. All Fire and EMS Dispatches for Somerset County are now transmitted on 155.175 MHz. All additional communications such as fireground communications ect, are done on the 800 MHz P25 (ICORRS) Digital Radio System.
