Troup County and La Grange are using the P25 Phase I system (as of 6/3/16)
West Point
- 10/23 - No longer using their 400MHz frequencies (453.050 Police and 460.600 Fire). Instead they are using a new DMR system with encryption. The FCC callsign is WREY792 which was licensed back in 2020 as trunked with analog and DMR emissions:

During transition to DMR, Police used 857.9875 88.5 PL, Fire used 857.7125 100.0 PL Now, almost everything is encrypted, using 856.9625 CC3. Dispatch occasionally is in the clear, mostly during the initial Fire/EMS dispatch along with the tones, but nearly all Police/Fire units are encrypted.
