Undecodeable NATO Digital Signals

Eventually while tuning the bands, you're likely to come across some RTTY like sounds that you will not be able to decode. These are often military in nature, running NATO-50 or 75 baud with lots of encryption. There's nothing in the normal realm that will decode these.
