* Alamance - All PD, FD, and EMS with exception of Burlington PD and FD (Guilford System) * Alexander * Alleghany * Anson - EMS and Sheriff on VIPER * Ashe * Avery * Beaufort * Bertie - just completed a talk group master plan to move LEO countywide to VIPER * Bladen - 100% VIPER * Brunswick - moving EMS and LEO first (not moved yet 2/11) * Buncombe - EOC has VIPER patch capabilities * Burke - EMS, Sheriff, some fire and Morganton DPS coming on * Cabarrus * Caldwell - all LEO, EMS and Lenoir FD and PD.
