The "68" county identifier is given first followed by the three or four digit fire/EMS unit number. Example: 68-243 ("sixty eight two forty three) 68-xxx Medic 1&2- Eaton EMS 210-219 - Lewisburg EMS 240-249 - Camden EMS 250-259 - Lewisburg EMS 260-269 - Northwest Ambulance District, New Paris 270-279 - West Alexandria EMS 280-289 - North Central Rescue and Gratis-West Elkton EMS 300 - West Manchester Fire 400 - Camden-Somers Twp. Fire 500 - Eldorado Fire 600 - Northwest Fire District, New Paris 800 - West Elkton Fire 1401 - Eaton EMS Chief 1600 - Eaton Fire Sta. 18 - Gratis FD Sta. 19 - Lewisburg FD Sta. 20 - Verona FD Sta. 21 - West Alexandria FD Note: Stations 18 - 21 were originally dispatched by Brookville Fire Dispatch. When Brookville went to their own 151.385 MHz repeater, the above FD's choose not to change with Brookville but remained on Preble County's 154.190 MHz. They retained their old Brookville station numbers.
