- While this system is a Phase 2 system, no talkgroups are currently using TDMA modulation. The system, however, does use LSM (Linear Simulcast Modulation) which complicates monitoring. To best copy these talkgroups, you can use a GRE PSR-800, Uniden BCD436HP or BCD536HP, or an actual Phase 2 radio.
