- All new federal radio systems must conform to these plans (with some exceptions). Legacy system that do not conform may remain until they are replaced.
Channeling Plan for Assignments in the Band 162-174 MHz (4.3.7)
- No standard offset.
- Excludes the 173.2000-173.4000 non-federal band.
- There are other unpaired single frequencies in other parts of the band that are not specified in the manual.
