The following file contains the data for FRN 3170636, which is the primary FRN for Allegheny County. An FRN number is assigned by the FCC to group an organizations call signs. In this case, Allegheny Emergency Services.

This data was obtained from the FCC in February 2011, from a downloaded file (FCC Advanced License Search) in comma seperated vaule "CSV" format. If you have ever downloaded one of these files, it is a mess to import into Microsoft Excel. The data has been properly parsed into Excel.

This file provides you with the ability to view call signs and frequencies by type, location, power, etc. It is very helpful to narrow down test frequencies to find unlisted ones. I will upoload more Allegheny County and State FRN files as time permits.
