0-20-248 Yellow Cab - briefly heard unit talking on here before switching to one of the other Yellow Cab TGs

Yellow Cab Notes:
Initially, Yellow Cab used 0-18-248 exclusively. In 2010, 0-10-248 became active with radio service testing. Afterwards, either 0-10-248 or 0-18-248 would be heard on a given day with the other one being an overflow channel during busy periods like weekend evenings. 0-20-248 was heard briefly before the unit switched to 0-10-248.

*Either 0-2-170 vs 0-14-170 will be used (but not both during the same shift).
