^assumed to be Yellow Cab. Initially, Yellow Cab used 0-18-248 exclusively. Then in 2010 0-10-248 became active with radio service testing. Afterwards, either 0-10-248 or 0-18-248 would be heard on a given day but never both during the same time period. Presently (1/8/11) both 0-10-248 and 0-18-248 are active with different radio traffic for calls in the Champaign-Urbana area.
