I made this conclusion by only monitoring TPD for 2 years with 2 major crimes occuring when I was monitoring TPD.  If i'm mistaken, please don't hesitate to correct me.

C&DEMS operate on 2 different TGs of the Bell Fleetnet zone 3 system. City of Timmins units are on tg 35296. All other city/town and village units within Cochrane County operate on the Out of Town tg 35328.
