The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission uses SLERS for dispatching and radio communications.

They operate their own dispatch centers in locations around the state, often co-located with SLERS dispatch centers.
The Miami FWC dispatch center was consolidated into the Lake Worth site in 2020.
The Tampa FWC dispatch will be consolidated into the Sanford site.
There are plans to consolidate the Jacksonville dispatch into the Tallahassee site in 2023.
The FWC sponsors as affiliate users of SLERS the following agencies who support them in their mission:
