Height Above Average Terrain (HAAT) is the height of an antenna or antenna support stucture above the average ground elevation measured at a set of points around the site of the antenna or support structure. In the FCC database HAAT and site elevation are measured in meters.

HAAT is one of the parameters used to calculate a station's coverage area and is listed on most FCC licenses.
