System Notes
It should be noted that LSP troopers have access to all Troop Dispatch talkgroups statewide, and troopers from one Troop may use another troop's dispatch channel during low traffic times. Since patching may not occur between talkgroups, having adjacent or all dispatch talkgroups programmed into your scanner should ensure you don't miss any LSP Dispatch traffic.
