The Tazewell/Pekin Consolidated Communications Center, commonly referred to as Tazcomm, was established by an intergovernmental agreement between the City and County.

There is an EDACS control channel on 857.0125 licensed to Ragan Communications under WNIC994 (see below)

Note that these SID's do not match the site numbers listed in the database.
I didn't hear the Tazewell County Sheriff TG or the Pekin PD TG on the Dunlap site, so I'm not sure if this is part of the TAZCOM system or if it is a separate system. In fact, I didn't hear any activity, so I couldn't figure out the LCN's on the Dunlap site.
