We make an average of about 500 Fire and Emergency Medical runs a year from two fire stations; Station 1 in Greenville and Station 2 in Galena.

- Will provide service to most of the county. The company currently has a separate deal with the city of New Albany. It will cost the county $1.3 million per year

Highlander Fire EMS (Floyd Knobs)
- Highlander Fire, which has existing ambulance service for the area, will pick up the remaining smaller portion of the county.
- In 2025/2026 - will step up its services in Greenville and Lafayette townships NEWS
- “In accordance with the contract, they’re going to have to provide one ambulance 24-7, 365 [days a year], and they’re going to have to provide a second ambulance five days a week, 10 hours a day,”
