Engine (EG)
Ladder (LD) - refers to ALL aerial devices
Squad (SQ) - responds to ALS calls and working fires. 5 squads are stationed in busier parts of the city
Tactical (TC) - specialized apparatus responding to heavy extrication, HAZMAT, rope rescue, dive and top water rescues
TSU (TS) - Tactical Support Unit - provides additonal air bottles and refilling services
Tanker (TN) - carries additional water in less-hydranted areas
RSU - Rehab Support Unit - provides canteen services on lengthy incidents. Operated by the Indianapolis Fire Buffs
