On April 7th, 2023, RadioReference.com LLC announced that Priority Dispatch Corporation has voluntarily dismissed the copyright lawsuit against RadioReference.com LLC and Lindsay Blanton. RadioReference.com LLC spent in excess of $78,000 in legal fees to defend against this lawsuit before it was settled. The settlement agreement is confidential and Radioreference and Lindsay Blanton are prohibited from publicly commenting further.

On August 23rd, 2022 - RadioReference.com responded to Amazon Web Services with the following DMCA counter-notice.
On August 19th, 2022 - Priority Dispatch Corporation sent a DMCA Takedown Request to Amazon Web Services, RadioReference.com's Web hosting provider, alleging "Flexi software" is being made available for download.
On April 19, 2022 RadioReference.com LLC sent the following letter in response declining to take down the content on this page
On April 18, 2022, RadioReference.com LLC received the following DMCA Takedown Request from Priority Dispatch Corp alleging copyright infringment concerning user generated content on this page
