Despite previous reports, Safeco Field uses a conventional UHF radio system for it's operations utilizing many repeaters and a few simplex frequencies.

On the King County/Seattle TRS (Seattle simulcast site), Seattle PD was using TG 24912 and Fire/EMS was on TG 2320 at the game. The SPD unit handling traffic outside the stadium after the game was not on TG 24912 as I could hear radio traffic on his portable that was not from that talkgroup.
After the game, I heard a constant carrier on 470.3125 that may or may not have been related to the stadium. I also got a CloseCall hit outside the stadium on 902.9875 that again I don't know if it was related.

This post indicates activity at Safeco Field is on an LTR system which is still being mapped out, however another report is that they are using an unmonitorable trunked system.
