Monitoring
Currently the only ways known to monitor and/or decode a Phase 2 talkgroup are:
- Use a PSR-800;
- Use a scanner with a discriminator tapped scanner, and Digital Speech Decoder software;
- Monitor the Control Channel with utilities such as Pro96Com
