HF Modes Currently Inactive
From The RadioReference Wiki
Many of these modes haven't been used in years. Unfortunately when you buy a decoder like Hoka or Wavecom, you are paying not only for the modes that are active, but for the mostly out-of-date mode decoding as well. Rarely, some of these modes will come to life from time to time, probably to test a circuit, or to supplant a faulty satellite link.
Some of the waterfalls come from the DX Asia site (see the HF Appendix) and are used here for research and historical purposes.
This list can be used to eliminate possible modes used by a mystery signal, enabling one to move onto more productive possibilities.
