Scanner frequencies for the Arena Football League (AFL)
As of 2008, both the quarterback and one defensive player per team are allowed to wear a helmet equiped with a radio receiver for the coaching staff to communicate with the player (source). What frequencies are used, whether they are scrambled, or any other details are not currently known.
