Botetourt County Fire & EMS Department
Botetourt County has seven fire stations operating as part of a unified fire and EMS system known as Botetourt County Fire & EMS. All stations provide fire protection services and most provide emergency medical services. All stations, with the exception of Station 6 (Glen Wilton), are staffed by a combination of career and volunteer personnel. Station 1 (Blue Ridge), Station 2 (Troutville), Station 3 (Buchanan), Station 4 (Fincastle), and Station 7 (Read Mountain) have 24/7 career ambulances staffed by Botetourt County Fire & EMS.
