Scanner frequency information for the LPGA

As a general rule: radios and cell phones are prohibited items during tournament days at the course. How this applies to scanners I'm not sure--but if you bring a scanner, you must be very discrete.

A Radioreference thread about the radios that the LPGA staff used at 2006 McDonald’s LPGA Championship at Bulle Rock Golf Club in Havre de Grace, Maryland mentions that Motorola HT1000 UHF radios. Likewise, at the 2007 State Farm Classic in Springfield, IL, there were many Motorola UHF radios (some GP300s) with 1/4 antennas in use and the personnel used earpieces.

For now, the frequencies found at the 2007 State Farm Classic have been left under the Event Frequencies section of this page until it can be confirmed which of these frequencies are used nationwide and which are used exclusively at the Springfield tournament.
