Observations
Unknown police talkgroup, 29104, was heard 11/12/2010. It sounds like a secondary channel used for working a football game. They're mentioniong the "old" and the "new" stadium, and the radio IDs are in then 3450-3465 range, which I believe will be county constables/sherrifs.
