Wavelength
Introduction
The term wavelength refers to the length of a radio wave; or more precisely the length from peak to peak. Wavelengths correlate directly with frequency (cycles per second).
Calculations
If you want to determine the wavelength in meters from frequency in MHz, simply divide 300 by the frequency.
If you want to determine the frequency in MHz from the wavelength in meters, simply divide 300 by the wavelength.
Common Ham Band Wavelengths
 6 meters = 5054MHz
 2 meters = 144148MHz
 70 centimeters = 420450MHz
