CENCOM: St. Clair County Central Communications / 911 / ETSB
- Uses STARCOM21 for nearly every agency in the county. St Clair County site 359 was the first site on the system in the early 2000s.
- If STARCOM21 fails, first it goes into site trunking (not connected to the rest of the STARCOM21 system)
- If site trunking fails, loss of control channels, it will go into FailSoft, using a conventional 800mHz repeater
- Total loss of STARCOM21, will revert to VHF Fire Channel
